92128 Carmel Mountain Ranch/Sabre Springs - Suburban

Located in the Inland County area of San Diego all along the I-15 corridor sits these two bedroom communities of about 13,000 residents. It sits just south of Rancho Bernardo and is bordered by the City of Poway to the east. This area is well situated for those who commute to the greater downtown San Diego while allowing their children attend the sough-after Poway schools.

Most of these mixed use homes of single-family and condominium complexes were built back in the late ‘80’s and early ‘90’s and offer a good value to the home buyer. An enormous amount of shopping and local recreational areas exist nearby.

Some of the developments are gated. For some strange reason, unless the home was built next to the I-15, most of the homes have little “road noise.” Some have wonderful views of the greens maintained by the Carmel Mountain Ranch Golf Course. Most of the homes here are governed by C.C. & R’s and their respective Home Owner Associations.

Nokia, the Finnish communications giant is the areas biggest employer. Many of the homes are attractively priced and offer the homebuyer the best of several things – a newer manicured home environment, good schools, and a fairly convenient commute.
