If you are thinking about buying in the North County Inland area of San Diego, the Poway School District is terrific. Poway schools consistently rank among the top public schools in California.
Even if you don't have school-age children, the Poway schools are real benefit because this keeps home values consistently high.
The eight communities that Poway Unified School District serves are: Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Carmel Mountain Ranch, Sabre Springs, Bernardo Springs, Bernardo Point, and Rancho Penasquitos. Plus, the two new communities of 4S Ranch and Santa Fe Valley, which are now under construction west of Rancho Bernardo, are also part of the Poway School District.
