This web-site enables the out of town buyer and the local San Diegan
find their next home in all the beautiful areas of San Diego County
that I serve.
It must be very alluring and easy for a Realtor to represent or
specialize in one community or neighborhood but quite frankly, it
is my opinion, this hinders the agent’s ability to serve the
varying needs of his or her clients. What is just perfect for one
particular buyer or family in Rancho Bernardo may not be the best
thing for the next client who prefers another community closer to
the downtown area or the coastal beaches. Or visa versa.
“To each his own” is what I have always preached.
I try to give the homebuyer a lot of the information needed to
make their respective choices on where they would like to reside
in the “choice” areas that I serve. I believe all these
areas that I normally cover are probably the best of San Diego.
You may log onto the “Multiple
Listing Service” (M.L.S) and search for homes yourself, no
registration or password is needed.
Apply for a mortgage on my web-site and even get approved in a
day! There is no application fee. No charge for the credit check.
No need to leave your home or office, it is all done via online,
fax, and Fed-Ex. Unless you plan on paying all-cash for your next
home -chances are you’ll need to get “pre-approved”
before your offer is considered by the home seller these days…

viewing the properties in person. Many times a photo or virtual
